13 years after the 9/11 terrorist attack, the resurrected World Trade Center is again opening for business.
Publishing company Conde Nast began moving on Monday into no named ‘One World Trade Center’, a 104-storey skyscraper that dominates the Manhattan skyline.
Only about 170 of the company's 3,400 employees are moving in now, with another 3,000 expected to arrive by early 2015.
Still, the opening marks an emotional milestone for both New Yorkers and the nation.
